CAT Turner is set to release her new single ‘Coming’ on September 26 via Limerick-based SASP Records.
Turner’s latest offering explores themes of nostalgia and gentle regret, examining the choices made to linger in fleeting moments of contentment.
“Coming arrives just when it should — at the tail end of summer, where the nights are still warm and the air hangs heavy with everything you did and didn’t do. It’s a track for when you’re a little tipsy, shoes in hand, drifting home through quiet streets. For when you’re still at the beach, watching the sky change with your friends, knowing the season’s slipping.There’s something brewing in it — a sweetness, a sadness, a sense that maybe you let a few things slide just to stay in the glow a little longer.”
The release comes ahead of Turner’s upcoming live show at Dolan’s Warehouse on October 31, where she will appear as special guest to Limrock’s TA Narrative.
