CARA O’Malley, an acclaimed entrepreneur originally from Limerick but currently based in Sixmilebridge, County Clare, is continuing her remarkable journey in business with the recent launch of her third enterprise — TCM School Fitness — a non-competitive fitness programme designed specifically to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of children.

Already the driving force behind Tomorrow’s Child Montessori School dedicated to nurturing young minds and TCM Schoolwear – delivering quality school uniforms to schools in Munster, both recipients of prestigious All-Star Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation — Cara is no stranger to innovation and impact.

Her newest venture, TCM School Fitness, offers an inclusive, fun-filled alternative to traditional competitive sports. The programme focuses on movement, mindfulness, and building self-confidence in a supportive, pressure-free environment.

“This initiative comes from a deep passion for creating positive, healthy spaces for children to grow,” Cara explains. “It’s about developing confidence, joy, and a love of movement — without the competitive stress.”

“Our children’s non competitive fitness programmes are all about one motto: Where Fun Comes First and Fitness Follows.”

In April of this year, Cara’s work across her enterprises was recognised when she was named Entrepreneur of the Year for Clare, solidifying her position as one of the county’s most inspiring business leaders.

With a growing portfolio and a clear commitment to community wellbeing, Cara O’Malley continues to climb — and she’s bringing the next generation along with her.
