AHEAD of Clean Air for Blue Skies Day 2025, Limerick City and County Council unveiled a new public dashboard for environmental monitoring across Limerick City and County.
The online interactive map includes results from the Council’s and EPA’s air quality and sound level monitors in Limerick.
A total of 29 fixed monitors are in place at 15 sites. Six of the monitoring sites are linked to strategic active travel routes, providing data to assess how walking and cycling infrastructure influences environmental quality.
To access the dashboard, log on to Limerick City and County Council’s website under environmental monitoring.
