Circus Gerbola is bringing its spectacular show to Limerick City for the first time, with performances at the Groody Road Circus site from Wednesday October 1 to Sunday October 12.
The popular family circus is making its inaugural visit to the Treaty City, and General Manager David Fitzgerald says the cast and crew are thrilled to be performing in Limerick for the first time.
โWeโre really excited to be coming to town and cannot wait to start performing in the city,โ said Fitzgerald.
The show features an international galaxy of circus stars, including South Americaโs incredible Flying Lunas on the flying trapezeโthe only flying trapeze act in Ireland today.
Thrillseekers wonโt want to miss the death-defying Cordoba Brothers, who race around at 50kph on their motorbikes inside the aptly named Globe of Death.
Performances run across two weeks with shows on Wednesday evenings at 7pm, Thursday and Friday at 4.30pm and 7pm, and weekend matinees at 1.30pm with additional afternoon performances at 4.30pm on Saturdays and 4pm on the final Sunday.
The first week runs from 1st to 5th October, with the second week from 8th to 12th October.
Circus Gerbola promises to be a spectacular autumn treat for Limerick families, combining world-class circus artistry with heart-stopping thrills in a show suitable for all ages.
