LIMERICK City and County Council (LCCC) across the full span of last year collected €385,933 in Vacant Site Levies throughout the city and county.
This was from the local authority in response to a question from local Labour councillor Joe Leddin at September’s Metropolitan District meeting.
The Council explained to Cllr Leddin it will not be charging levies for 2025 as they have been replaced by the the Residential Land Zoned Tax (RLZT).
