Meanwhile, ahead of the concluding round of group fixtures in the Men’s Senior Championship, Oola’s Josh Ryan (3-26) holds a clear lead as top scorer.
He is followed in the rankings by Bob Childs of Galtee Gaels and Johh Hayes of St Kieran’s, both on 0-23. Next comes Iain Corbett of Newcastle West (0-22), and then Eoin Hurley (1-18) of Newcastle West and Adare’s Shane O’Connor (3-12).
With qualification/relegation at stake, all group fixtures will start simultaneously this Saturday, 3.30pm (group 1) and 1pm (group 2), respectively.
