SYNTH-POP icons The Human League will return to Ireland next year for an outdoor concert at King John’s Castle on Saturday May 2.
The Sheffield band, who have sold more than 25 million records worldwide since forming in 1978, will be joined by special guests Cry Before Dawn for what promises to be one of the summer’s standout musical events.
For over four decades, The Human League have remained at the forefront of electronic music, redefining pop with their groundbreaking sound and distinctive visual style. The band have released nine studio albums, including the multi-platinum DARE, and scored multiple worldwide number one singles and albums.
Their influence extends far beyond music into fashion and club culture, with hits such as “Don’t You Want Me” and “Human” continuing to fill dancefloors and inspire new generations of artists. Known for their political songwriting and innovative approach, the band have shaped the landscape of British pop music.
As they enter their fifth decade, The Human League remain fiercely independent and committed to delivering unforgettable live performances that showcase their extraordinary catalogue.
