Garda appeal for Limerick man missing in Mayo with ‘white bandage’ on neck

GARDAÍ have issued a public appeal for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a Limerick man who was last seen in Mayo last night (Sunday).

James Cummins, from Limerick, was reported missing from Castlebar, County Mayo, on Sunday night (November 9). Gardaí say he was last seen at around 3am in the early hours of this Monday morning on the Quay Road in Ballina walking towards the town centre.

Gardaí described the 25 year old as being around 6’3’’ in height, and of a slim build with blue eyes and shaven/short brown hair.

When last seen, James was wearing a black tracksuit, black jumper, a single black trainer, and white socks, along with a “white bandage on his neck”, Gardaí said.

Gardaí and James’s family are concerned for his wellbeing.
