Limerick schools selected for physical activity pilot programme

FIVE Limerick schools have been selected for the second phase of the Department of Education’s Physical Activity in Teaching and Learning Pilot Programme.

Now in its second year, the programme is designed to help integrate movement and exercise into everyday classroom learning.

Gerald Griffin National School in Loughill, Caherelly National School, Scoil Naomh Mhuire in Askeaton, Our Lady’s Abbey in Adare, and SN Béal Átha Grean in Ballyagran have all been selected.
