SOCIAL Democrats councillor Elisa O’Donovan asked the Council for an update on the current tenancy and occupants in Garden International considering the departure of Nordic Aviation.
In response to Cllr O’Donovan, interim chief executive of Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC, Enda Power, said that Gardens International is a commercial property so therefore he could not comment on individual tenants or matters relating to tenancy, occupation, or lease arrangements, as these are commercially sensitive.
“The property continues to be managed in the normal course in line with the company’s governance and legal obligations,” he added.
