THE creative students at St Senan’s National in Foynes are writing their way to the top following the launch of a new children’s picture book created entirely by third and fourth class students at the school.
Mouse House was launched at the Foynes Library on January 20, and saw great celebration for the young authors and illustrators.
The book was created through a series of creative workshops, which saw the pupils develop everything from story and characters to the beautiful illustrations, weaving a story of friendship, loss, and new beginnings.
The project was supposed by the Creative Communities Creative Ireland programme through Limerick Arts Office.
