HOPES have been raised for a new six-storey retail and apartment complex in the heart of Limerick City.
AK Planning, on behalf of Cadima Holdings Ltd, has expressed its intention to apply to Limerick City and County Council for planning permission for the six-storey mixed-use development at 48-50 Parnell Street.
The development would consist of a single block containing two retail units on the ground floor, with 21 one-bedroom apartments and 11 two-bed apartments on the upper floors.
It would include bicycle parking, an ESB sub-station, refuse storage, rooftop solar panels, utility/service rooms, and public lighting. The application can be inspected at the offices of the local planning authority.
