HOUSING hopes are high in Abbeyfeale following the publication of a planning notice regarding the development of more than 30 new homes in the County Limerick town.
Kenneally Murphy Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultants, of Abbeyfeale, on behalf of C&K Collins Builders have expressed intention to apply to Limerick City and County Council for planning permission for 32 homes at Abbeyfeale West.
The development would include 20 semi-detached homes and 12 terraced houses, all with connection to public utility services and associated site works.
The application can be inspected at Limerick Council’s Planning and Environmental Services Department in Dooradoyle.
