
MUNGRET St Pauls held a special celebration at the Woodlands House Hotel to mark an outstanding year that saw the club record seven championship wins across all four codes.
Club Chairperson Fintan Hynes acted as MC on the night and set proceedings in motion, with Limerick Football Manager Jimmy Lee presenting the Premier Minor Football medals.
Also receiving medals were the Junior Ladies footballers, followed by a presentation of flowers to Ladies Football Chairperson Siobhán Horgan. The Premier U20 Footballers then accepted their medals from Jimmy Lee.
The Senior Ladies footballers were next to be honoured, after which the Premier U20 Hurlers received their medals from Limerick Chairperson Séamus McNamara. The Camogie section followed, with a presentation of flowers to Camogie Chairperson Mary Larkin before the Junior A Camogie team were awarded their medals.
The final team presentation of the night saw the Senior footballers receive their medals, once again presented by Jimmy Lee.
Prior to this, a special presentation was made to Club Chairperson Fintan Hynes in recognition of his contribution to the club. As the evening drew to a close, the Senior football management team were presented with tokens of appreciation from the club.
A further moment of recognition came when Gerard McNamara was acknowledged for his 17 years of dedicated service to Limerick Bord na nÓg as he stepped down from his role, with Séamus McNamara making the presentation.
