LIMERICK City and County Council is inviting registrations for a new rightsizing scheme at Radharc Cillín in Kilfinane.

Two one-bed apartments are available through this voluntary scheme. The homes are set in a well-established and well-serviced area with plenty of amenities nearby, the Council said.

The rightsizing homes are located in a mixed tenure development that includes both social and private housing units.

The new homes are a ground floor and a first-floor unit with floor areas of 49.2m2 and 49.5m2 respectively.
