UISCE Éireann has started a project to upgrade the water infrastructure in Limerick City which will support the development of essential new homes.

The works involve the installation of 1.7 kilometres of water mains at Corbally, R526 Raheen, and Roxborough Road to cater for the future growth and development of the wider area.

Minister of State for Older People and Housing Kieran O’Donnell TD said: “Limerick is a growing city and water infrastructure must keep pace with that growth.
