Stereolab will bring their hypnotic avant-pop revolution to Dolans Warehouse

STEREOLAB emerged from London in the early 1990s as one of indie rock’s most innovative acts, blending motorik krautrock rhythms, vintage analogue synthesizers, and breezy French yé-yé pop into a hypnotic sound they dubbed “avant-pop.”

Led by Tim Gane and Laetitia Sadier, the band crafted albums like Emperor Tomato ketchup and Dots and Loops that balanced experimental ambition with infectious grooves. Their layered arrangements and politically conscious, often French-language lyrics influenced countless artists.

The band released their first album of new material in 15 years, Instant Holograms on Metal Film to universal acclaim through their own label Duophonic UHF and Warp Records in May 2025.

Remaining tickets for their show at Dolans Warehouse on Friday February 20 are available at www.dolans.ie.
