TWO abandoned horses were seized around the county last week.
According to statement from Limerick City and County Council, an abandoned three-year-old brown and white female horse was seized in the area of Tinnatarrif in Cappamore, County Limerick, on Saturday February 7.
A short few days alter, a six-year-old bay female horse was seized from the Ballycumin Road in Raheen on February 12.
According to the Council, the owners or keepers of the abandoned animals are not known.
