Plans for apartment complex on edge of Limerick City

INTENT to apply for permission for a new apartment complex on the edge of the city has been expressed.

In a planning notice, Michael Meade expressed his intention to apply to Limerick Council for permission to build a new apartment block at Greenhills on the Dooradoyle Road.

The development would include the demolition of an existing single-storey dwelling and associated buildings, to make room for a new five-storey apartment complex, comprising of 10 studio, 10 one-bed, 15 two-bed, and five three-bed apartments, including car/bike parking, bin storage, and ancillary works.

Details on the planning application can be inspected at Limerick Council’s Planning Offices, Dooradoyle Road, and observations submitted within five weeks of the application’s filing.
