
FOR the first time since 2012, St Munchin’s College won through to a Pinenergy Munster Schools Senior Cup Final with a brilliant 34-43 victory against Bandon Grammar School at Virgin Media Park, Cork.
For Andrew O’Bryne’s fine side, the tries flowed through Ryan Angley (2), Brendan Minogue (2), Jack Meaney and Michael Landers, while in-form kicker Oisín Madden tacked on points from five conversions and a penalty.
Munchin’s had led narrowly at half-time.
