SINN Féin councillor PJ Carey asked Limerick City and County Council for an update on his December 2023 motion regarding extending the existing footpath from Bellview on the Glenfield Road in Kilmallock.
Cllr Carey was informed at February’s Cappamore-Kilmallock area meeting that these proposed works will be included under the Active Travel funding stream and in the schedule of municipal district works for 2026 to be considered for approval by the elected members.
