Hopes for 50 new homes in Abbeyfeale

HOPES have been raised for the development of almost 50 new homes in Abbeyfeale, County Limerick.

In a planning notice, HRP Construction expressed its intention to apply to Limerick Council for planning permission for the construction of 48 new homes in Abbeyfeale, comprising of 40 one and two-bed apartments in two-storey blocks, along with six three-bed and two-four bed homes.

The proposed site is at St Ita’s Road, Abbeyfeale West.

Plans would include 83 car parking spaces, 15 bike parking spaces, boundary treatments, draining and landscaping, roads, bin storage, pedestrian crossings, access, and all ancillary site works, the notice said.

Details on the planning application can be inspected at Limerick Council’s Planning Offices, Dooradoyle Road, and observations submitted within five weeks of the application’s filing.
