MENTAL health support organisation, the Haven Hub, is running a free course this Saturday (March 21) to help those who need it.
A ‘Question, Persuade, Refer’ suicide prevention course will take place this Saturday from 1pm to 4pm at the hub’s base in Thomondgate.
The course is “an evidence-based mental health intervention that equips people with the skills to recognise the signs that someone may be in crisis and to respond by guiding them towards appropriate support”.
The session is free and open to all. Registration here
