Limerick students hopeful for success at Texaco Children’s Art Competition

THE judges are working hard in adjudicating entries from across the country for the 2026 Texaco Children’s Art Competition. 

Countless talented young artists from across Limerick and the rest of Ireland have submitted their work for this year’s competition.

The winners across seven categories in this year’s competition will be announced mid-April.

First held in 1955, the annual children’s competition returns this year for its 72nd outing.
