ASKEATON turned out in force for the launch of ‘Give Back For Jack’, dedicated to the late Jack O’Donoghue who tragically lost his life in a road crash in April 2025.
A series of events, taking place between April 9 and 12, will memorialise the late Askeaton man and raise funds for The Butterfly Club children’s respite organisation, the BUMBLEance children’s ambulance, and the purchase of a local defibrillator.
Community events will include road hurling, shave or wax, a slow bike race, and plenty of craic agus ceol.
