THE PATHWAY to Innovate programme, a catalyst for ambitious SMEs brought to businesses by Skillnet Innovation Exchange in collaboration with IRDG Innovation Skillnet, is returning to Limerick in 2026.

The programme is ontinuing its mission to help ambitious small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen resilience, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

Designed for established, growth-oriented SMEs, Pathway to Innovate provides a structured framework to embed innovation at the core of business strategy.

The programme focuses on helping companies diagnose, connect, and evolve giving participants access to tailored diagnostics, expert networks, practical supports, funding pathways, and the wider innovation ecosystem.

In 2026, the Limerick programme will offer a series of clinics, workshops, and masterclasses, giving SME leaders the opportunity to:Diagnose their business innovation potential through structured diagnostics, connect with the right experts, peers, and ecosystem supports and access practical tools, funding pathways, and insights to accelerate growth.

Pathway to Innovate is aimed at SMEs that have been operating for at least three years, with 10<0x2013>50 employees, and annual revenues of around €1 million.
