GARDAÍ have issued an appeal for witnesses to an alleged serious assault at the Old Cratloe Road area of Limerick City on Saturday March 28.
The incident, which took place at around 10.30am, left a man in his 30s hospitalised with his injuries.
Now, Gardaí have appealed to any witnesses in the area of the Shannonvale estate, the Old Cratloe Road, or Brookville Avenue between 10am and 11am on March 28 to come forward.
In particular, Gardaí are interested in anyone who may have interacted with or seen a VW Golf car travelling in the area at the time.
