One of Europe’s most accomplished touring ensembles arrives at Limerick’s Belltable on April 16 when Chamber Philharmonic Europe presents its Powerful Emotions Tour 2026, with award-winning trumpet soloist Cyrill Gussaroff at the heart of the programme.

The Kammerphilharmonie Europa — drawn from some of the finest musicians across the continent — has built a formidable international reputation, completing 47 concerts across Europe during the 2024/2025 season alone.

Their touring itinerary has taken them to some of the most prestigious concert halls and opera houses on the continent and beyond, including Conway Hall in London, Zürich, Musikhuset Aarhus, the Palladium in Malmö, Kulturkvarteret Kristianstad, The Hawth in Crawley, and closer to home, the Civic Theatre Dublin, Pavilion Theatre Dún Laoghaire, and Town Hall Theatre Galway.

The Limerick concert promises an evening of rich contrasts, opening with Arcangelo Corelli’s Concerto Grosso Op. 6 No. 4 in D Major, followed by Rachmaninoff’s deeply expressive Vocalise and Mozart’s effervescent Divertimento in D Major KV 136.

After the interval, Gussaroff steps forward as soloist for Albinoni’s Concerto Saint Marc in B Major for trumpet and orchestra, before the ensemble closes the evening with Fauré’s luminous Pavane and two of Vivaldi’s celebrated Four Seasons — Spring and Summer — in what amounts to a programme carefully crafted to move through beauty, melancholy and exhilaration in equal measure.

Chamber Philharmonic Europe performs at Belltable on Thursday, April 16. Tickets are available through the Belltable box office.
