PEOPLE across Limerick have been urged to give generously this 65 Roses Day.

65 Roses Day takes place this Friday (April 10) and helps to raise funds to help Cystic Fibrosis Ireland in supporting people across Ireland living with the inherited condition that affects multiple systems in the body, including breathing, digestion, and reproduction.

Ireland has the highest CF rate per capita, with more than 1,400 living with the condition nationwide.

Volunteers will be selling purpose roses this 65 Roses Day across Limerick, including at Dunnes Stores on Childers Road, Harvey’s Quay, Jetland, and Parkway, as well as at the Arthur’s Quay Shopping Centre, Castletroy Town Centre, and the Crescent Shopping Centre.
