THE call has gone out to people across Limerick city and county and beyond to take part in the local leg of this year’s Darkness Into Light walk.
Registration is now open for the annual outing, which is set to take off from the TUS Moylish Campus at 4.15am on May 9.
The annual walk helps raise much needed funds for Pieta, the charity for suicide and self harm prevention, and sees over 150,000 people across Ireland take part each year.

In-person registration will also take place at the Milk Market from 9am to 12pm on April 25, and from 11am to 4pm on April 26 at the Crescent Shopping Centre.
