THE people of Limerick will put their best foot forward once again this year for the annual Darkness into Light walk.
Thousands of people from across Limerick city and county are expected to get out and about before dawn this Saturday morning to walk into the sunrise and raise funds for mental health charity Pieta.
A number of walks will take place throughout the city and county, including in Limerick City, Cappamore, Kilmallock, and Limerick City from the early hours of this Saturday (May 9) at 4.15am.
Last year, over 3,200 people in Limerick took park and Pieta is encouraging people to officially register again in 2026 before tomorrow’s set off.
