FIANNA Fáil councillor Francis Foley asked at May’s Newcastle West district meeting for an update on the proposed resurfacing works on the Killarney Road, Abbeyfeale, from the town to the doctor’s surgery.
Limerick City and County Council, he was told, are in the process of preparing a Pavement Asset Repair and Renewal (PARR) report for review and approval by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII).
Any works to be completed on this proposed scheme will be subject to approval and the provision of funding by TII.
