OVER 3,500 people took part in this year’s Cook Medical Mini Marathon. The annual charity run kicked off this past Sunday morning (October 5) from the University of Limerick campus.
Runners, walkers, and joggers from across the country took part in 5km and 10km routes, all raising funds for their chosen charity.
According to Cook, who celebrated their 10th year as the mini marathon’s sponsor, this year’s donations exceeded €60,000.
