LABOUR councillor Elena Secas had questions for Limerick City and County Council on its plans to provide a slip road from Groody Road to Dublin Road to help alleviate traffic congestion.

Cllr Secas was informed by the Council executive at September’s Metropolitan District meeting that the local authority has no specific plans.

“However, the junction will be reviewed in the context of infrastructure to facilitate BusConnects implementation,” the Council executive told the Labour councillor.
