Pallas lands €24m Topaz deal

NEWCASTLE West – based food supplier Pallas Foods has succeeded in winning a three-year contract valued at €24m.
The agreement will see Palllas supply more than 100 Topaz deli outlets with fresh produce.

Topaz, the petrol and convenience store group has 400 sites nationwide employing over 2,000 people. In 2005 and 2006 the company transformed Shell and Statoil service stations into the Topaz brand to form the largest supplier of fuels in the country with a turnover of over €3.5 billion a year.
Pallas Foods is owned and managed by the Geary family and employs 500 people. It has 3,500 products and makes 18,000 deliveries every week through it’s fleet of 100 trucks.
