Celia wins TV3’s Celebrity Salon

IT has been just two weeks since Celia Holman Lee received a Mayoral Reception at City Hall. Mayor Kevin Kiely honoured the model agency owner for the hugely positive contribution that she has made to Limerick over the years.

But last night Celia was doing it again for her native city when she walked away the winner of Celebrity Salon on TV3.

Following the result, a delighted Celia said, “I’m just thrilled, I thought I wouldn’t be able to keep up, I thought I wouldn’t remember half the things because, you move on in life, things don’t snap at you as quickly”.

Virginia Macari the runner-up in the reality programme had been tipped as one of the hot favourites to win TV3’s Celebrity Salon.

Six celebrities spent twelve days being groomed into hardened beauty professionals. Viewers got to witness the laughs, drama and tension as the six coped with the miraculous world of tanning, waxing, hair and beauty.

The other celebrities included former Big Brother contestant Brian Dowing, The Clinic actress Leigh Arnold, model Pippa O’Connor, The Apprentice contestant Breffiny Morgan and Virginia Macari from the Podge and Rodge Show.
