WORKING with Stuart at From Vineyards Direct has yielded another first for Limerick with the first Tuscan wine pop restaurant coming to the city on Thursday March 1.
So if you would like to mark the calendar, you would be in for a treat and experience a collaboration with Castello di Potentino, the Tuscan Estate and the Hunt Museum and the very best in food. Winemaker Charlotte Horton will give a tutored tasting and discuss ‘The wisdom of Taste’ as part of the Gallery’s ‘Edible’ Exhibition.
Then guests will be treated to a three course Tuscan supper featuring Bottarga Pesto Spaghetti, Tuscan sausage and beans, and chocolate pots with sea salt & lavender partnered with all of the estates wines.
At €45 a ticket with plenty of wine, guests can sample:
