Coffee ‘n’ Cupcakes donation aids Pieta House

Following the success of her Pieta House awareness campaign, Limerick Post advertising executive, Helena Moloney, was pleased to hand over a cheque for €5773.50 to the charity last week. Helena raised the money through the support of her hugely successful inaugural Coffee n Cupcakes morning and a very well supported online charity auction for Michelin at Home where Michelin starred Cliff House Hotel executive head chef Martjin Kajuiter cooked for the winning bidders.

Helena and Pieta House hope that this will feature as an annual event to help increase suicide prevention awareness and the work of Pieta House as they continue to look for support in volunteer fundraising. Helena is pictured presenting the cheque to Kieran O’Brien, volunteer and fundraising co-ordinator with Phil Foley and Nora Conway also of Pieta House.
