At Limerick District Court this Tuesday, Judge Eugene O’Kelly heard from Sergeant Donal Cronin that an “extensive” file was being prepared for the DPP and that the State would be seeking an adjournment for one month.

The matter was adjourned to October 1 with Scanlon remanded in continuing custody.
