Shopping in the city is about to get easier

Shopping Directory launchSHOPPING in the city centre is set to get even easier with the launch of new free mobile business directory www.limerickshopper.com.

The smartphone friendly directory has been developed by Limerick-based company ParkMagic in conjunction with Limerick City Traffic Department and provides information about businesses and parking in the city centre.

Philip Hayes of ParkMagic said the directory would not only support shoppers, but  also highlight the variety of shops in the city centre.

“Our aim is to make it easier to do business in Limerick. We have supported business and shoppers in the city for the past eight years through convenient and hassle-free parking and this directory takes that a step further”, he said.

ParkMagic chief executive Paul Fitzgerald invited local businesses to contact them to take advantage of their free listing in the directory.

“There is no charge for a listing. We take the view that this service will help customers find what they need in the city and contribute to the message that Limerick is very much Open for Business,” he explained.

The directory is available on www.limerickshopper.com or by scanning the barcode stickers that are now on the most shop windows in the city centre.
