St Mary’s Cathedral is the mooted venue and the highlight will be festival founder Janet Harbison’s premier of her own composition, ‘Brian Ború, Lion of Ireland’.
Harbison of Irish Harp Centre is leading this well-timed musical fest that will include a conference on Ború’s Harp and Legacy, a summer school for all levels of harp musicians, and late club plus gigs at Loft Venue, overhead The Locke Bar on George’s Quay.
