COUNTRY star Nathan Carter played to a full house in University Concert Hall last weekend and has already announced a return to Limerick in May. Nathan Carter will play Live at the Big Top, Limerick Milk Market on Friday May 1 as part of the Riverfest celebrations. Few would bet against this being yet another sell-out show for the affable twenty two year old singer. Carter has already recorded four CDs and a hugely successful DVD in a short career to date. His hit songs ‘One For The Road’, ‘Where I Wanna Be’ and ‘Caledonia’ and of course ‘Wagon Wheel’ have made him a solid boxoffice bet and an Irish household name. Described by many in the music media as a `breath of fresh air` to the Irish Country music scene, Nathan Carter has brought a whole new generation of country music fans on board.
