Chopin, miniaturist to Titan

Monday March 30 at 7pm

FRYDERIK Chopin: From Miniaturist to Titan – this rounded talk asks why Chopin is considered to be one of the most important composers in the history of music.

It’s the question explored at the concert hall’s 2nd episode to its Spring Series of Music Appreciation talks on Monday March 30, 7pm-9pm – not  Thursday, as published in hard copy. Apologies to Chopin’s estate, his fans and to Stuart O’Sullivan.

This pianist returns, exploring the composer’s works in search of an answer. Illustrated with extracts from the works of Chopin, performed, of course, by Stuart.

You can attend each week until April 27 for a package price or take them individually at €12. Contact Mairead Tierney at UCH box office at 061-331549.
