David Forbes and Richard Lowe – ‘March Skies’ (VANDIT Records)
LIMERICK DJ/ producer Richard Lowe has been producing dance tracks for almost ten years and has been a familiar sight with long residencies on the decks at Crush 87 and Icon, to name a few.
Now one of the most respected record labels in Trance, Paul van Dyk’s VANDIT Records based in Germany, has signed his track ‘March Skies’ which is a co-production with Scottish Trance DJ/ producer David Forbes.
For the past eight months Richard Lowe has been mentored by David Forbes who produces for VANDIT. The long hours spent working in the studio has paid off with the upcoming release of ‘March Skies’.
Richard told Limerick Post, “It is a life long dream to actually be part of a dance label I’ve grown up with all these years.”
‘March Skies’ comes out on VANDIT Records on Monday February 29. Richard is just the fourth Irish DJ/ producer to be signed to Van Dyk’s label following in the footsteps of Irish trance legends Orla Feeney and Sneijder. ‘March Skies’ is huge trance stomper that will be rattling the bass bins in the city’s nightclubs in coming weeks and there is lots more promised from DJ Richard Lowe in 2016.
