DJ/ PRODUCER Richard Lowe has won a place in the lineup at the Ultra dance music festival in Croatia this month. Limerick/ Newport based DJ Richard, who has released trance productions on respected Vandit label and played long residences in Icon and Crush87, won the final of the competition from over 3,500 entries.
He will now get to play at a Ultra promotion stage, the Beachville party and the very popular Irish boat party. He revealed to Limerick Post:
“I’m the only trance DJ in the Irish lineup of DJs travelling to Split, Croatia this coming July 14 – 18 for the biggest dance music festival in Europe, ULTRA EUROPE.”
Richard is going to be joining a team of ten well known Irish club DJs at the festival featuring deadmau5, Carl Cox and Armin Van Buuren. Richard also has a possibility of playing further more high profile slots over the weekend in Split. Richard says he is looking forward to the weekend.
“My wife is coming as well as she wants to share this experience with me as it is a massive boost to my career and confidence.”
