Recovered property day in Limerick

GARDAI in Limerick will hope to return items of stolen property to its lawful owners during an initiative to be run next week.

Property Recovered Day will be held on Thursday September 22 at Henry Street garda Station in Limerick.

Gardai are in possession of a number of items and throughout the country next Thursday, the public can call to a number of Garda Stations to view a catalogue of the property concerned.

If they recognise any particular item of property a viewing can be arranged.

The Limerick event will take place at the Public Office in Henry Street Garda Station and will be staffed by Gardai including members from Community Policing, Victim Services and Crime Prevention.
