GAA – Hurling Double header at Gaelic Grounds

Screen shot 2016-09-29 at 12.48.22ONCE more a hurling double header takes centre stage this weekend at the Gaelic Grounds.
The first of the Credit Union sponsored County Senior hurling semi finals takes place on Sunday, with the meeting of Kilmallock and Patrickswell sure to draw a massive crowd.
The mouthwatering final four clash, which throws in at 2pm, will be played before the replay of the County quarter final replay between Ballybrown and Ahane. That tie, which could go to another replay on Wednesday October 5, will throw in at 3.45pm.
With Adare awaiting the winners of that tie on October 9 at the Gaelic Grounds, the county board confirmed this week that the County Senior hurling final will be played on October 23 at 3.30pm, again at the Ennis Road venue.
