CECILIAN Musical Society is rocking out with โ€˜Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoatโ€™ and its cast of 50, chorus of 30 at Lime Tree Theatre into Saturday December 2.

โ€œBased on the biblical story of Joseph from the Book of Genesis, we follow the colourful and comical journey of young dreamer Joseph, as his gift of prophecy saves him from an uncertain fate,โ€ this youthful 98 year-old society tells us. โ€œClassic songs include โ€˜Any Dream Will Doโ€™, the Caribbean themed โ€˜Benjamin Calypsoโ€™, the alluring โ€˜Jacob and Sons/ Josephโ€™s Coatโ€™, the rock nโ€™ roll sensation โ€˜Song of the King (Seven Fat Cows)โ€™ and the memorable โ€˜Go, Go, Go Josephโ€™.

The charismatic Brian Finn leads as Joseph, supported by seasoned campaigners Hilary Phayer/ Narrator, Jason Ronan/, Brian Henry as Simeon, James Malone/ Asher, Aidan Oโ€™Connell/ Reuben and Red Rockโ€™s Brian Roche as Judah.
