Cathedral hosts Choir of King’s College, Cambridge

THE Choir of King’s College, Cambridge will be in concert at Saint Mary’s Cathedral next Monday 16 at 7.30pm.

The Cathedral says it is privileged to welcome “the world famous Choir of King’s College, Cambridge to Limerick. They will be performing in St Mary’s as part of the year-long celebrations of the 850th anniversary of the foundation of the cathedral.”

The Choir of King’s College, Cambridge is known to millions worldwide through its annual broadcast of a ‘Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols’.

The combined choristers’ international reputation, enhanced by an extensive recording catalogue, has led to invitations to perform around the world.
