Zealot Cult launch Spiritual Sickness

FOLLOWING sold out shows and full houses for Limerick’s metal gigs in recent weeks with over 40 acts playing in Dolan’s for The Siege of Limerick weekend, it is safe to say that metal music is in very rude health in Limerick.
Zealot Cult are the leading lights in Limerick metal. Their debut EP Karmenian Crypt (2016) and a string of live gigs earned the band a reputation as a formidable act in the metal underground internationally.
So much so that Swedish label Blood Harvest Records signed Zealot Cult. Their debut album ‘Spiritual Sickness’ was released this month.

‘Spiritual Sickness’ has won over the metal press. Described by Metalireland.com as “a stunning debut album…Zealot Cult just have this game licked,” US Decibel Magazine summed up with “This is sick…this record smokes.”
Zealot Cult play a special album launch party next Friday November 16 in association with Bad Reputation Ireland in Kasbah, Dolan’s.
